You love to hunt and fish.  

So where do you go if you want to take your faith with you to the field and stream?

Being an outdoorsman, Jason Cruise, our Founder & President, wanted to develop ministries in his church to reach other men who loved to hunt and fish.  

The problem was that there was really no ministry out there that actually outfitted your faith with leadership tools and resources for people in the trench work of church life wanting to reach outdoorsmen. 

In 2003 OMN was launched as a ministry network for outdoorsmen just trying to put all things Christian outdoors under one roof ... with no idea of what was about to happen.   A national movement began to swell.  Rapidly.  What we began to see were churches moblizing with us to reach men for Christ using the outdoors as the connecting point.  In fact, we are currently working with churches in 43 states and over 13 different denominations.   It's honestly hard to comprehend for the fellas at OMN.  It's like we were fishing for smallmouth and hooked into a whale!

In John 15:4, Jesus said:
"No branch can bear fruit by itself ..."

And that's really the basis for OMN.  We believe that there is more power in a "network" of churches working together for Kingdom reasons.

The dream of OMN all along was that we could be the outfitter of faith-based resources for churches wanting to reach men who love to hunt and fish.

Since 2003 we've been traveling the nation with our finger on the pulse of both churches and outdoorsmen who want to take their faith into the outdoors.
